HOUSE OF ERRORS accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment for quality assurance and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
